We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Mount Pleasant, NC water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Mount Pleasant, NC water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
Every sump pump installation is completed by a licensed, insured technician, with electrical work handled to code.
We carry common pump models on the truck so a failed unit can often be replaced the same day you call.
Battery backup add-ons are priced separately and clearly, so you can decide what fits your budget.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
We scope every Sump Pump Installation job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
A correctly sized primary pump is the backbone of any basement drainage system, and we match horsepower to your basin's actual inflow rate.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
A missing or failed check valve lets pumped water flow back into the basin, making your pump work twice as hard for the same result.
An undersized basin cycles the pump too frequently, shortening its lifespan — we resize basins when the existing one isn't keeping up.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
